Shipping policy

REGULAR SHIPPING POLICY:

CANADA

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, excluding special order items. Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with the order.
Orders shipping to addresses within Canada will be sent via the carrier of our choice, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Most orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.
If “no signature required” is requested by the customer, any loss of goods will then become the responsibility of the recipient.

- Region 1 BC: $35 + TAX
- Region 2 AB/SK: $40+ TAX
- Region 3 ON/MB/QC: $40 + TAX
- Region 4 All other provinces & territories: $60 + TAX

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

- Shipping surcharges may apply on orders that need to be shipped by courier or require express shipping.
- Orders shipping to remote or “difficult to serve” locations. "Difficult to serve locations" are those with postal codes beginning in A0, B0, C0, X0 and Y0, which are not considered an "Air Stage Location" by Canada Post. These orders will be subject to remote locations shipping charges.
- A quote will be provided prior to shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY DURING CANADA POST DISRUPTION

In the unlikely event of Canada Post service disruptions, the following shipping policy would apply:

Alternate shipping methods will be utilized which may increase shipping time and fees for retail and wholesale orders
We are unable to ship to PO boxes
For apartment deliveries, package notices may be left outside if foyer access is unavailable
