Diamond Burs

Pedicare offers a large selection of Rotatool and Premier diamond burs for use by foot care nurses and professionals in podiatry applications.  Ideal for tasks such as callus removal, nail reshaping, and detailed debridement, our diamond burs offer exceptional cutting performance and longevity. They are made of diamond grit particles that are bonded on the bur’s head. Because of their fine abrasion level, they produce a fine, nail dust that can remain suspended in the air.  For this reason, it is highly recommended to use them in conjunction with our Rotatool vacuum and spray units that help to contain these contaminants. The burs come in a variety of cuts including fine, medium, coarse, extra coarse, straight and cross cut; and shapes such as cone, bud, tree, flame, barrel, rounded barrel, ball,  bullet, tree to name a few.  These high quality diamond burs are precision manufactured in Germany by industry-leading Acurata.
